We know the feeling - and for the past five years, we’ve been on the ground helping owners like you escape it.

Matt Hartigan, P.E. spent 12 years as a licensed structural engineer on offshore oil rigs, where he became the “bridge” responsible for integrating new digital technologies into real-world field operations. The ability to cut through hype and make technology actually work in messy, high-stakes environments is the same approach he now brings to working with small businesses.

Cody Craig, Ph.D. built his career in machine learning and data science, from environmental field surveys to hedge fund automation. His strength is taking advanced technology out of the lab and applying it to practical problems — something he’s done repeatedly for small businesses across industries.

Deepwater Digital has a simple mission: bring the same level of technology advantages enjoyed by large corporations to small businesses in a way that’s practical, affordable, and cuts through all of the hype that constantly surrounds "AI", etc. to focus on what is actually usable on the ground.

Our approach is personal and hands-on. We sit down with owners, identify their most painful bottlenecks, and design automations that free up hours each week and make their lives better. Instead of sinking money into unused software or risky new hires, business owners get simple, tailored systems that each do one key task exceptionally well and fit their operation like a glove.
